Akbar Life story
Abu'l-Fath Jalal-ud-din Muhammad Akbar, popularly known as Akbar the Great, and also as Akbar I, was the third Mughal emperor, who reigned from 1556 to 1605. Akbar succeeded his father, Humayun, under a regent, Bairam Khan, who helped the young emperor expand and consolidate Mughal domains in the Indian subcontinent.

Polls due to open in Wakefield and Tiverton and Honiton by-elections
Voting in two English by-elections takes place on Thursday, with polling stations in Honiton and Tiverton, and in Wakefield opening at 07:00 BST.
The two seats, in West Yorkshire and Devon, were won by The Conservatives at The Last general election, in 2019.
