Aghstev River is a river in Armenia and Azerbaijan, and is a right tributary of the Kura River. Aghstev is 133 kilometres long with a drainage basin of 2,589 square kilometres. Along the river lie the cities of Dilijan, Ijevan, Gazakh and Aghstafa.
