Admiral Inokuchi Life story
Inokuchi is a Grand Admiral of the Imperial Japanese Navy who oversaw the Japanese Empire's nuclear program. In 1964, he was tasked by the Crown Princess to clandestinely negotiate a peace settlement with the Black Communist Rebellion; however he was caught by the Kempeitai.
