Abbadia Lariana is a comune in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 50 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 8 kilometres northwest of Lecco. The village has about 3,280 inhabitants and its name is due to the presence of an abbey founded in the 9th century and later destroyed.
