Barring trades, the Celtics, Lakers and 76ers will get the first three picks in this year's NBA Draft. Markelle Fultz (Washington), Lonzo Ball (UCLA), Jayson Tatum (Duke) and De'Aaron Fox (Kentucky) should be among the first players selected.
