17β-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase

17β-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases, also 17-ketosteroid reductases, are a group of alcohol oxidoreductases which catalyze the reduction of 17-ketosteroids and the dehydrogenation of 17β-hydroxysteroids in steroidogenesis and steroid metabolism.
