In the town's rampart-ringed medieval center, the Altes Rathaus is a centuries-old town hall. Outside, stands the Gänseliesel, an iconic fountain topped by a statue of a little girl with a goose. Southeast, the 19th-century Bismarck Tower offers views of the town and surrounding forest.
