Time Warner Interactive was a studio within Time Warner which developed video games. It was formed in 1993 after Time Warner bought a controlling interest in Atari Games, and was active until 1996 when WMS Industries bought the company. This studio was previously known as Tengen, the consumer division of Atari Games.
