Kiryat Motzkin is a city in the Haifa District of Israel, 8 kilometres north of the city of Haifa. In 2018 it had a population of 42,014. The city is named after Leo Motzkin, one of the organizers of the First Zionist Congress in 1897. The mayor of the city is Haim Zuri.
