Bauru

Bauru is a city in southeast Brazil. The Municipal Zoo protects species like golden lion tamarins and maned wolves. Nearby, the Municipal Botanical Garden is home to Cerrado forest, medicinal plants and orchids. Photos, uniforms and trains from the Northwest Railroad are on show at the Regional Railroad Museum. The Municipal Historical Museum has paintings, documents and artifacts tracing the city's history.
