Tsu, Mie

Tsu is a city on central Japan’s Ise Bay. Ojo Park includes the ruins of Tsu Castle, and has cherry blossoms in spring. Mie Prefectural Art Museum exhibits modern Japanese painting, plus and works by Chagall and Dalí. The MieMu museum has a prehistoric stegodon skeleton and other natural history exhibits. To the west, Sakakibara Onsen is a hot spring resort mentioned in the 11th-century "Pillow Book of Sei Shōnagon." ― Google
