Staranzano

Staranzano is a comune in the Province of Gorizia in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 30 kilometres northwest of Trieste and about 15 kilometres southwest of Gorizia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,812 and an area of 18. 7 square kilometres.
