A Man was arrested for kicking and killing a Seagull.
A driver experiences, Andrew Lee Jones , 38, from Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taff, to find the bird, before he dead in the city on 1. May.
An RSPCA appeal led in the CCTV shows The Incident from The Council .
Jones pleaded guilty to an offence under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and was sentenced to 12 weeks in the case of Merthyr Magistrates' Court on Friday.
RSPCA inspector Simon Evans thanked the witnesses to come forward, and added: "This terrible incident has also been seen caught on CCTV, in which the defendant was to kick the bird with his foot to steer it into a corner of the Parking lot.
"The bird suffered had other injuries before this attack is detected, however, a post - mortem examination, that it would have been, the blunt trauma would have been violations of the defendant's kick, The Most likely cause of death.
"There is no excuse for this kind of deliberate cruelty. "
Jones also was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.
