Brexit: UK backtracking on commitments, says Michel Barnier
EU chief negotiator, Michel Barnier , has accused the UK of "backtracking" on its obligations in the last round of the post-Brexit trade.
He added that the UK should show more "respect" for the terms and conditions between the Two Sides .
