Why this case is different

analysis by Jessica Lussenhop, BBC News

The speed with which a white Police Officer who was fired in The Killing of Rayshard Brooks is just the latest sign of how quickly and dramatically The Police authorities have shifted strategy when It Comes to dealing with Deadly Force .

Historically, not only police chiefs reluctant to fire the officers involved in custody deaths until a "full investigation" had occurred, have you quick to defend The Officer , the use of force, if he or she "reasonably" believed that a person had a deadly weapon or posed an immediate threat to The Officer .

In this case the video shows that Brooks had a Taser, The Officer ' s and seems to use it. But not only The Weapon is not lethal, the video shows, he ran away, and that the shots that killed him entered his back.

When the policeman criminal law charged in this case, the question of whether or not a Taser should be considered to be a deadly weapon sure to come into play, as well as whether The Officer had "reasonable" fear of Brooks.

But at this stage, what is already clear is that The Police are not feeling nearly so confident in the reliance on old strategies, and rhetoric that have historically allowed them to play slowly, is their reaction to a police-involved killing.

Ms Miller told reporters that she and Her Husband were following the protests instigated by George Floyd.

"I've always said: 'baby, I don't want to be that, you to,'" She Said .

What are The Details of Atlanta?

then He attacks an officer of the Taser (electro-shock gun) and breaks free from the officers, she walks away. As he is being chased, Mr. Brooks is seen to rotate, and the Taser show, before you go run and shot.

According to the Fulton County Medical Examiner , the manner of the death of Rayshard Brooks was "murder". He suffered two shots to the back, causing organ injury and blood loss.

The Atlanta police chief has since quit, and to shoot The Police officers suspicion that Mr Brooks had been fired.
