The National Football League has said that players can now protest, while the US national anthem, as the rallies continue against Police Brutality and racism.
"We were not wrong, listen to NFL players in the past, and speak to encourage and peaceful protest," NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said.
The NFL had previously banned players from falling to the knee.
