Stuart Thomas was in prison for the murder of his ex-lover Katrina O'hara in Blandford, Dorset, in the year 2016.

An investigation heard that Dorset Police had warned he was dangerous, but They took from Ms O'hara's mobile phone as evidence.

Coroner Brendan Allen said he was aware of two forces, the adoption of a Directive, the victims without phones.
