About The Incident
On a New York City subway, two young punks, Artie Connors (Martin Sheen) and Joe Ferrone (Tony Musante), take control of a car filled with passengers. Fiona Gibson, 12, and her brothers, Alexander, eight, and Philip , five, died after The Blaze , which broke out around 21:00 on Friday.
