, the Supreme Court of justice of The USA has decided to end against US President Donald Trump , the offer a program that protects hundreds of thousands of young immigrants from deportation.

The judge confirmed found the lower court judgments was his step to the resignation of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Daca) program "illegal".

The policy to protect undocumented Young People , the so-called "dreamers".

The Trump administration has sought to end the Obama-era policy since 2017.

The Supreme Court took up the case after the lower courts ruled that the administration adequately explain why it went to the end of the program, criticized the White house's "capricious" statements.

The decision does not prevent The Trump administration continues in its efforts to end the programme, estimated at around 700,000 Young People in the United States without papers as children.
