messages posted by Mr Jenrick show, which he texted Richard Desmond , what he hoped to see him soon, after sitting next to him at a dinner The Night before.

Labour said it showed "discrepancies" in Mr Jenrick, the representation of the events.

But in Downing Street, said Boris Johnson , meanwhile, as "matter " closed".

Amid calls from opposition MPs for a full inquiry by the chief of The Cabinet , of the UK's top civil servants, Mark Sedwill , said Mr Jenrick, a "complete and factual account" of his actions had given.

Mr Jenrick published to Hit Back to the allegations of "cash for favours" in relation to his approval of a massive housing development on The Site of the former West ferry printers in East London to work.

The documents include personal correspondence between the minister and Mr Desmond, the owner of a real estate project developer, Northern & Shell, in the run-up to the decision, on March 14. January.

they show that in the consequence of time to a fundraising dinner on 18 November, in which Mr Jenrick was sitting next to The Businessman , Mr Desmond asked, a meeting with the minister and suggested that he visit The Site , on The Isle of Dogs.

Mr Jenrick asked one of his employees to organize, E-Mails show. But The Next day, Mr Jenrick said, by text, that they will not meet again, to avoid "any appearance of influence".

The arranged meeting appears to have been cancelled almost a month later, because Mr Jenrick had a speech in Parliament for The Queen 's.

Mr Desmond, donated money to the Conservatives Two Weeks after the decision has been made, the lobbying for the proposed 1,500-home-go development before the Council, Tower Hamlets, introduced to pay for local services.

documents show Mr Jenrick is trying to Set Up a meeting with Mr. Desmond

Mr. Desmond sent a text to Mr Jenrick say: "we don't want to give Marxists the expense of the doe (sic) for nothing".

In a document, an official said The Secretary of state wanted to add the signed The Following day, "on the timing, my understanding is that SoS is/was persistent, the decision This Week published ie-Tomorrow - next week is the viability of the scheme is influenced by a change in the London CIL [a planning charge] regime".

The published documents make it clear that Robert Jenrick supports the housing project, in The Face of opposition from his officials.

Mr Jenrick also published a letter to the Chairman of the apartment owners ' communities and local government select committee revealed that he officials informed The Dinner with Mr. Desmond, a month later, in December.

He Said : "On my first full day in the office after my re-election, I said to my own office, I had met Mr. Desmond for The Dinner , which he had raised, the application, and that I said I could not discuss," he wrote.

'Explosive'

labour said the "explosive revelations," suggested Mr Jenrick "rushed" through the application so that Mr Desmond company may, to avoid, to collect the fee.

"The documents clearly show that Mr Jenrick notify officials immediately after his meeting with Mr. Desmond," shadow communities Secretary, Steve Reed said. "Rather than a" closing-down " the discussion, which, as he claims, he initiated the contact with Mr Desmond a text message The Following day. "

He Said he was "far from satisfied" with Mr Jenrick and the answers, claims that the text exchanges with Mr Desmond were "highly inappropriate" and "not in The Spirit of the ministerial code of conduct".

"The Cabinet Secretary must, explain these differences as a matter of urgency: The Public must be able to be sure that it is not a rule for the Conservatives and their wealthy donors, and another rule for Everyone Else ," he added.

Speaking in the house of Commons, before the documents were published, Mr Jenrick said the allegations are "not just wrong, but actually outrageous," but he acknowledged "it could and should have done differently".

"On reflection, I should the communication be treated differently," He Said . to approve

'promotional video'

Mr Jenrick decision, the development has been challenged by Tower Hamlets Council, forced The Secretary of state and say what he did was "unlawful, due to the obvious bias".

the members of the Council asked The High Court to the government for the disclosure of E-Mails and memos about the offer.

Rather than do this, Mr Jenrick, the lawyers conceded the timing of his decision "would lead the fair-minded and informed observer to conclude that it is biased is a real possibility," He Said .

Mr Desmond Last Weekend that he had shown, Mr Jenrick, a promotional video for the program on his cell phone during the fundraiser at The Savoy Hotel.
