A spokesman for Immigration New Zealand said The Border was closed to "all but the citizens and inhabitants", but those are exceptions, "in the place for Extreme Circumstances ".
Mr Mohsin said: "The New Zealand government recruited me, and they have hard-to-failed in their duty of care to us with the correct visa to return to the Country . "
