Two men, between the ages of 20 and 38, were arrested on suspicion of assault on The Police .
The officers, A Man and a woman, suffered minor injuries, but are not treated in hospital, the Metropolitan Police said.
A member of The Public who claimed to have been attacked, because they, waved to The Police on Wednesday afternoon and instructed them on their alleged attacker.

The Female officer tries to keep people away from The Scene and suffered injuries, before other officers arrived and arrested the two men currently in custody.

Superintendent Martin Rolston said: "This incident, which was captured on someone's cell phone is really shocking.

the mayor of London Sadiq Khan said: "I condemn absolutely the shameful attack on two Metropolitan Police officers this afternoon.
"These brave officers doing their duty and the support of The Public . We Owe Them A Debt Of Gratitude . "
