"My court is only recording was made, as I have a job"
Claudia almost lost her job because a county court judgment
the adoption of a county court judgment (CCJ) can cause damage. So, to not even know there is a judgment against you, it can come as a shock.

What a CCJ is?A CCJ is a court judgement in England, Wales and Northern Ireland , which may be issued to a Person, if you don't pay back The Money you owe.
It is an action that creditors can take as part of The Debt collection process. If The Debt is not paid, the CCJ can be filed on the individual's credit report and remains for a period of Six Years .
This can lead to problems, things like a mortgage, a credit card, a lease on a rental property and a cell-phone contract.
The file may be removed from a credit report if The Debt is paid within one month of receipt of the judgment. If it's later, it remains on the individual's credit report with a note marking that it has been paid.
In Scotland, county court judgments called decrees are. Like CCJs, you can remain on credit file for Six Years .
The Registry Trust, a not-for-profit group, said the court, manages files on behalf of the Ministry of justice, the increase in CCJs for small amounts can be explained by banks and phone companies, the sale of smaller claims on specialized debt collection companies.
"We have a massive increase in The Number of sentences, but a decrease in the average value of the judgments, which means to recover, more and more creditors through the courts for smaller debts," says Mick McAteer, Chairman of the Registry trust.
