About Parliament
Parliament was an American funk band formed in the late 1960s by George Clinton as part of his Parliament-Funkadelic collective. More commercial and less rock-oriented than its sister act Funkadelic, Parliament drew on science-fiction and outlandish theatrics in their work.

Andrew Banks , 28, of Stansted, Essex, was photographed on Saturday, right-wing protests in London.
He was sentenced to 14 days in prison after he pleaded guilty to outraging morality, in the Westminster Magistrates' Court.
PC-Palmer, 48, was stabbed to death, while on active duty in the Westminster terrorist attack on 22. In March 2017.
He was murdered by one of the five people, by Khalid Masood .
