Colonel Norman A. Lamb, USA, was an American soldier and politician from Enid in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Lamb served as the Oklahoma Secretary of Veterans Affairs from 1995 to 2011, having been originally appointed by Governor of Oklahoma Frank Keating and retained under Governor Brad Henry.

Independent advice charity Off-The-Record said it was to see hundreds of students every year,

Bath University, said it would never be the case and added That any student with urgent needs, would be seen immediately.

a Student Jayme Sims said some of her peers at the University of felt and services may have "a different kind of goal," want to be the students better.

The 20-year-old sociology student has a youth-worker-placement on OTR, supported the 18-to 24-year-olds as part of their studies, after working for the University, the well-being of the services.

She Said : "The University wants You to stay and finish their studies. You have a keen Interest . "

Mr Waters: "[the students] That sense, it is perhaps a kind of agenda of the university support staff. "

But Dr. Cassie Wilson, vice-president for The Student experience at the University of Bath, said it would never be the case.

"Our goal is always to help with advice, support and guidance to our students who Need it, to help You navigate times of change and life transitions, and helping them to succeed in their studies," She Said .

the Former GP, University of Bristol, Dominique Thompson - Now a national consultant to many universities to be agreed.

"The Student is at the centre of all decisions, the rates of the University of recruiting or retention," She Said .

"The reality is, most [universities] are the highest priority of student well-being over everything, and will actively advise You to studies or leave the University, if That would be best for the Mental Health of Young People . "

the Ms Sims said, You think, some students struggled because they felt "not worthy" of help.

"There's this big thing That You can't ask for Mental Health support, unless You 're in the crisis, unless something is happening to You , such as trauma or abuse, or they are really suicidal.

"A lot of students That I have spoken, feel they do not deserve support.

"You can feel That the access to this support, if You have the means to experience anxiety or depression, You have taken away the resources of someone who needs more. "

Stress on scientific results is a primary source of anxiety for students of the University, Dr. Dominique Thompson

academic Stress is The Number one source of anxiety for students, which, according to Dr. Thompson .

It is something That Ms Sims has experienced first-hand.

She Said : "It was a lot of anxiety and panic attacks. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and this is often the case of students, they feel, unless You get top grades, You could also do nothing. You have to be The Best , or nothing. "

"The idea That " failure is not an option " is, unfortunately, all too often," Dr. Thompson said. "As A Generation , they are afraid of the sting to their loved ones. "

It is "common for Young People to help try to [therefore]... whereas we know, the sooner You seek help, and intervene in a problem, the sooner they are solved," she added.

If the Ms Sims needed help, She Said to Bath University's drop-in well being hub is helped her, as well as private consulting.

"You were important to me. You don't Need an appointment - You can just turn up and talk to someone. I think this kind of accessibility is really important, because it means there is a lot of pressure.

"Then, it took up to three months, to advise You , but I was very happy. I was told it was probably about six months. "

Director of the Off-The-Record, Phil Waters were said to the students, the more objective help and advice

Off-The-Record was commissioned by the University, up to 50 students per year, "to ensure more capacity for the advice of students who have desperate for support, but waited any longer than is ideal".

Mr Waters said: "We are seeing a new generation of Young People , which is very much open, and That is really positive, but the demand for our services is growing. "

Dr. Wilson, University of Bath, added: "This partnership provides an additional consulting resource, helps to strengthen what we already offer to students. "
