Mr. Flutesnoot

Mr. Flutesnoot is a fictional character from the Archie Comics books. Mr. Flutesnoot is a chemistry professor. Although to a lesser level than Hiram Lodge and Mr. Weatherbee, he is sometimes the victim of Archie's ever-present accidents.
