Denise Welch's praise for the "brave" depression videos
actress Denise Welch was praised, the to exchange their experiences of the "unwelcome visitors" of depression.
The Loose Women Panelist has released a series of videos on Twitter to explain in an attempt to depression, "to those who do not suffer from the lucky enough to".
"As someone who professes to be a mental Health Advocate , I have to share The Bad times with you," She Said .
One of the Mental Health charity Ms described Welch as "brave".
Ms Welch, 61, said on Sunday that she began to feel uncomfortable, to experience the weekend after what she described as a changing atmosphere.

Simon Blake, chief executive of the Mental Health First Aid England, told the BBC that Mrs Welch-videos "bring into the open" discussion about the conditions, such as depression.
He said: "We often see Denise as a smiley, happy person, and it breaks the stigma of what looks like a person with depression. "
Mr Blake added that the response to The Videos "also shows, Social Media is a force for good," and that "it is to be brave and courageous to be open and vulnerable".
Mental Health charity mind said it praised Ms Welch "for sharing such an intimate insight into their experiences of living with depression."
