I Am… is the third studio album by American rapper Nas, released on April 6, 1999 by Columbia Records. Following the commercial and critical success of 1996's It Was Written, Nas put to work on a double album that merged the styles of his first two albums and detailed entire aspects of his life.

Domestic violence charities before spike post call to say lockdown

support charities, the victims of domestic violence have said they expect an increase of people in search of safety, which makes it much easier to lockdown.

Women ' s Aid in the West Midlands , said he had seen that 30 recommendations for The Refuge since the lockdown were the restrictions eased.

It was a 100 charities in England for the support of victims and the provision of more refuge.

At a cabin in the West Midlands , the women recording their experiences to help others in a similar situation.

"I felt unsafe in My Own house', The Woman told The Bbc how hard it had felt able to leave The House

A Woman came to The Refuge with her child after the beginning of the lockdown-live said with your partner, the isolation and the inability to had left The House , removes her freedom to communicate with their loved ones. She told The Bbc , "Every Day was a challenge".

"I felt very alone and unsafe in My Own house. Because of the government, the lockdown rules and the lack of services running that I felt, I was totally restricted, any route, the safety, security or support.

"One Day , my partner and I decided to create a women's help Hotline. I was given safety instructions, and finally, a plan to leave my house to come up with the opportunity to have a refuge.

"Come to The Refuge was not an easy choice, and in the case of the first [was] overwhelming. However, due to receive continuous support, advice and insurance from my support worker and staff, my child, and I now feel much safer and happier in these worrying times. "

Another Woman at the cabin, they came just as the lockdown restrictions were beginning to take shape take.

She Said for years her partner had controlled her Life - When she went to work, the money, what they ate and where they could and could not go.

"I had no existence, I was someone," She Said . "I was only there for his purposes, for his use.

"My Life was controlled, no friendships, No Family , no nothing, everything was just what he had to say-so, really.

"I knew it would be a time I would be able to scream for help, or tell anyone, I just felt The Need to Get Out and save me, because if I didn't do it, I could see me seriously injured.

"as soon as I walked through those doors, I felt very safe. I Am grateful that women are the help here and available to me and supported me through the lockdown, supports me through everything.

"The staff used to still phone does not see me Every Day , to see how I was, if I sleep the whole night, I was able to talk with them.

"I've got my personality, I'm Me Again . I can have a laugh and a joke and share funny things without feeling silly to say this experience.

"I feel like a Brand New person, I don't feel judged. I feel like I have a purpose. "

Chereene Love, who is the Midlands works for Women's Aid in The West , described in refuge services as a "lifeline for The People , and the difference between Life and death."

But She Said most shelters in the country were already full.

"Our priority is the search for safe shelter and refuge, space for The People who needs it," She Said .

Caritas is one of those that have been successful, the access to some of the additional funding to expand its services.

The state funding, which it said was part of a broader package to the survivors of domestic violence, " Finance in The Coming months More Than 1,500 areas of refuge, including 200 for the West Midlands .
