Edward Putman was found guilty. of fraud by false representation
A conman, who cashed a fake Lottery Ticket according to claim 2€ 5m jackpot was in prison for nine years.
Edward Putman, 54, claimed he had found the winning ticket under a seat in his van in 2009, shortly before the expiry of the period to claim on the winning pass.
