Covid: Push to offer booster jabs and nine Omicron cases linked to single event
Here are five things you need to know about the coronavirus pandemic this Tuesday evening. We'll have another update For You Tomorrow Morning .
1. Booster jabs offered for adults by end of January - PMBooster jabs will be offered to, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said. They will be prioritised according to age, with the NHS working down The List in five-year bands. All UK adults will be offered a booster jab three months after their second dose of a Covid vaccine. Mr Johnson said England will have More Than 1,500 community pharmacy sites and around 400 Military Personnel to help with the rollout.
2. Omicron found in Netherlands earlier than thoughtCases of the new Omicron variant of Covid-19 were, Dutch officials have said.
