Scotland needs to 'walk the talk' on climate change

The Committee on Climate Change (CCC) said Scotland 's 2045 date for net-zero emissions has been a "step change in ambition" of the country.

CCC proposed ending the sales of new fossil-fuel cars by 2030, and support of low-carbon agriculture.
