More action is needed to prevent mobile phones entering prisons after a prisoner was able to make a YouTube channel from the cell, a Union says.

Prison Officers' Association Chairman Mark Fairhurst said it was "frustrating", were the prisoners in search of "ingenious" ways to hide phones.
