Mazyar Ebrahimi says he was tortured for 40 days and nights

A once-successful Iranian businessman, he is lucky to be alive after he was tortured by the Iranian authorities into a False Confession of espionage for Israel and the murder of Iranian nuclear scientists, A Crime punishable by hanging.

The history of Mazyar Ebrahimi, who now lives abroad, also throws a light, a bitter rivalry between Iran 's reports to the news services such as Bbc Persian Jiyar Gol.

I met Mazyar Ebrahimi in Frankfurt In July , a few months, he called me out of The Blue from Germany. I was surprised, as I had assumed he had been executed a long time ago.

This is because back in 2012, he and 12 other people appeared in the Iranian state-run television, A Number of charges carried the death penalty.

Looking directly into the camera, she said, she had been trained in Israel before returning to Iran and the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists.

The Script was by the Ministry of Intelligence - a Iran , the two most important Intelligence services - who has also claimed that he had dismantled an Israeli spy network.

In his hotel room, we watched a video of his alleged confession.

Still visibly shaken After All these years, Mazyar Ebrahimi says he has to confess agreed "" to be tortured non-stop for about 40 days and nights.

"were reminiscent of The investigation leader against the soles of my bare feet with a thick electric cable," the 46-year-old.

"you broke my foot. The beatings lasted for seven months. "

Before his arrest by The Intelligence Ministry, Mr Ebrahimi is a company that specializes in the creation of television studios delivery. He frequently traveled abroad for The Job .

He believes that One of its competitors, the defendant falsely accused him of spying for foreigners.

2010-12, four Iranian nuclear scientists were murdered, and the Iranian secret service has been under enormous political pressure on The Perpetrators .

Mr Ebrahimi was accused of More Than 100 people, to be a spy.

he says he was ready to accuse everyone and die, just stop relentless torture and humiliation wanted.

But in spite of his "confession", Mr Ebrahimi said that his interviewers wanted more.

In 2011, a massive explosion destroyed a rocket factory, Iran 's elite Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The missile experts were killed.

Mr Ebrahimi, said the secret service wanted him to admit that he was behind The Explosion .

"My interrogator said:" Our colleagues from the Iranian revolutionary guard will ask you a few questions. You only talk about The Explosion , you only say what you have said,'" Mr Ebrahimi said.

Arch-enemies Israel and Iran are engaged in espionage against each other

In the time of the Iranian revolutionary guard and The Intelligence Ministry, were bitter competitors in the struggle against terrorism.

And it is the survey carried out by an Intelligence officer of the Iranian revolutionary guard corps about seven months, it was said after he was first arrested, rescued him, Mr Ebrahimi.

The Officer was angry, after the discovery of A Number of obvious discrepancies in the Mr Ebrahimi's testimony is made by The Intelligence Ministry.

Suddenly, the blows stopped, and The Intelligence Ministry itself apologized to Mr Ebrahimi and other people facing the same charges.

But Mr Ebrahimi and the other prisoners locked in to stay for a further 26 months, and were first published in the year 2015.

Rival Iranian fabricated Intelligence services were, cases, and forcing innocent people to confess to crimes, says Mehdi Mahdavi Azad, a Bonn-based Iranian nuclear and security expert.

He says, in the last years in the Islamic revolutionary guard corps, The Intelligence falsely accused, Iranian nuclear negotiators, and environmentalists of espionage, but The Intelligence Ministry later, as the cases have been made up.

After his release, Mr Ebrahimi made a complaint against The Intelligence Ministry, the Iranian state-run television and several Newspapers that falsely accused him as an Israeli spy.

However, he withdrew the complaint after the inquiry judge strongly recommended that he accept compensation. He says The Judge told him: "Someone could knife you in the back in a dark street. You are not young, take The Risk . "

A prominent Reformer.

Mr Ebrahimi moved to Germany six months ago to request asylum.

But even now, he says, he has frequent panic attacks, and his spine is damaged.

leaked cables.

Among those who "confessed" to spying for Israel, only One person received the death penalty, Mr Ebrahimi says.

Iran 's state TV showed an Israeli passport with Mr Fashi image

Majid Jamali Fashi, was executed two months before Mr Ebrahimi's arrest.

Iranian state television showed what it said was Mr Fashi the Israeli passport. It appears to be a doctored image of an Israeli passport taken from Wikipedia.

It is believed that Mr Fashi was arrested after Wikileaks released leaked US diplomatic cable in 2009.

The cable seems to be having a meeting at the US Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan, where Mr Fashi spoke about the oppression in Iran .

Wikileaks has not responded to a request for an interview on the issue.
