the Dean of Southwark Cathedral, the Very Revd Andrew Nunn, said Friday's events had brought back memories, the 2017 in The Attack .

"It's just two-and-a-half years, since the June attack, and That 's a long time for healing, and in fact, it feels as if the wounds were re-opened," he said.

"there, Where people felt they had to accept That what had happened in their community, now I think you are wondering if you really had to do so much work for us," he added.

The latest attack comes, according to the meaning That the attacks were "likely" rather than "very likely".

The terrorist-threat level checked every six months by the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre, the recommendations are independent of the government.

Some of the early debate about the London Bridge attack focused on the penalty imposed on Usman Khan.

The sentencing judge, Khan thought to do should be freed from prison only when it was safe to do so, as part of the "indeterminate sentence" - Schema (IPP).

But the Court of Appeal replaced Khan, IPP, extended sentence, which required his release at the halfway point of his 16-year imprisonment.

The IPP was the regime scrapped in 2012 - a decision, which has broad support in the time.

Since the Khan's conviction, which was legislation for the Parole Board to determine if the offender can be rented on longer sentences should be.

The Attack also raises questions about the extent to which people convicted of the radicalized terrorist crimes de can -.

Khan was one of the 51 prisoners with terror links from the prison in the 12 months to the end of March 2019, so it is inevitable That The Role of these monitoring him now under the magnifying glass taken.

Have to pick up The Authorities That all the warning signs about Khan? He was meeting people, he should not have done, or plotting in The Attack ? If no signs were found, why? And if The Authorities relates to the fact spot, what have you done?

These events are likely to be halls of fuel, concerns about safety and security in concert and whether the controls need to be strengthened.
