Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson, better known as Boris Johnson, is a British politician, journalist and popular historian. He has been the Member of Parliament for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015. He had previously been the MP for Henley from 2001 to 2008.

Sir Keir said, Germany had a functioning app, with 12 million downloads before the Prime Minister to a series of delays, the app and the cost of £12m.
