Forest Gate

Forest Gate is a residential district in east London, England, in the London Borough of Newham. The area has never been an administrative unit and so has never had any formal boundaries, but it is often seen as conterminous with the E7 postal area and so it lies on both sides of the boundary between West and East Ham.
