Julie & Ludwig

Julie and Ludwig represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 2004. They placed 12th from 24 contestants with the song On Again. . . Off Again. In the 2005, they launched an album called Moodswings and embarked on a small-scale tour of the United States but disbanded soon afterwards.
