Under the Glacier

In a film based on the novel by Halldór Laxness, an eager seminary student named Umbi (Sigurdur Sigurjonsson) is sent by the Bishop of Iceland to investigate Sera Jon Primus (Baldvin Halldorsson), a small-town pastor who has been accused of such bizarre crimes as refusing to bury the dead.
