King Bradley is the baron of Broadway, and when he dies all his assets go to his daughter, Toni (Virginia Bruce) -- much to the displeasure of his money-hungry business associates. Fresh from Iowa, Toni finds herself targeted by her father's unscrupulous attorney, Adam J. Fielding (Henry Kolker).
