The Pope Must Die

When Pope Pius dies suddenly, the Mafia engineers the election of liberal priest-cum-car-mechanic Father Albinizi as the new pope. However, the new pope slowly realises that he has been duped and sets out to expose the corruption thereby saving his own life.
