The Harms Case

Based on a true story, this drama looks at the brief life of avant-garde writer Danil Harms (Frano Lasic). Renowned as an eccentric, the poet and children's literature author runs afoul of Soviet authorities due to his leftist and anti-Communist views. Eventually imprisoned in Leningrad, Russia, on grounds of treason, Harms remains defiant and unrepentantly nonconformist.
