The Case of the Howling Dog

One afternoon, lawyer Perry Mason (Warren William) is visited by the visibly distraught Arthur Cartwright (Gordon Westcott). Cartwright's neighbor has a dog that won't stop howling, which he believes is a sign someone has been murdered. Cartwright wants his will amended so his fortune will go to the woman currently living with his neighbor, and he wants the neighbor arrested.
