The Blockhouse

A group of prisoners is performing forced labor for the Nazis in France when their position is hit by an Allied bombing raid. A few of the men find shelter in a supply building, but it collapses under the shelling, trapping them inside. Finding themselves surrounded with food and wine, Frenchman Rouquet (Peter Sellers), Italian Visconti (Charles Aznavour), Swede Lund (Per Oscarsson) and the others optimistically wait for rescue.
