That Metal Show

Headbangers unite! "That Metal Show" is home to all things hard rock and heavy metal, with hosts Eddie Trunk, Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson presenting weekly discussions on the latest rock news, sharing stories about their favorite bands and musical experiences, and debating various topics in the genre. Special guests -- including some who don't normally grant TV appearances -- join the hosts each episode for an in-studio interview, allowing fans to gain insight into the artist's musical influences, career-defining moments, and perhaps upcoming projects. Among the musicians to appear since the series' 2008 debut are Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson of Rush; Joe Satriani; Rob Halford of Judas Priest; Metallica's Kirk Hammett and Lars Ulrich; Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath; Marilyn Manson; and Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony of Van Halen. More recent episodes also feature a guest guitarist shredding riffs as episodes go into and out of commercial breaks.
