Slappy and the Stinkers

Enrolled in an educational summer camp, the Stinkers, five 7-year-olds who wreak havoc on their uptight headmaster, Morgan Brinway (B. D. Wong), decide to abduct a sea lion from the local aquarium with the goal of returning it to the sea. They are in competition, however, with the villainous Broccoli (Sam McMurray), who is out to steal the sea lion, teach it a few tricks and sell it to a Bulgarian circus. The kids do all they can to stop the resilient villain and save the friendly beast.
