Michel Roux's Service

Working front-of-house, top chef Michel Roux says, can be a career path and a profession to be proud of. He makes it his personal mission in this series to convey that message to a group of young people, before they try to convince him that they are worthy of such a career. Under Roux's watchful eye, the trainees take part in a series of challenges designed to test their people skills, confidence, manners and smarts, the hope being they develop the tools and show Roux they have what it takes to lead the service at one of Europe's top restaurants.
