Chef Josh Capon and restaurateur Tony Luke Jr. eat their way across the country to find revolutionary creations that mix outrageous ingredients in flavorful ways. In each city the co-hosts visit, the food innovators responsible for the "monster mashes" -- anyone want to try a triple-decker pastrami donut sandwich or a fried PB & J fish stick? -- compete for $10,000 and to get their concoction onto the menu of a popular restaurant.
