A Honolulu shoe store apprentice, Harold Horne (Harold Lloyd), mistakes a social secretary, Mary (Barbara Kent), for a rich patron. Although the bedazzled Harold almost causes Mary to lose her dog while waiting on her, Mary assures him she has faith in his future.
