Fast and Furious

To beat the summertime heat, booksellers Joel (Franchot Tone) and Garda Sloane (Ann Sothern) go for a vacation in a breezy coastal city. Joel's friend Mike Stevens (Lee Bowman) is holding a beauty pageant there, and Joel, much to his wife's chagrin, is set to judge the attractive contestants.
