Fujikawaguchiko

Fujikawaguchiko is a Japanese resort town in the northern foothills of Mount Fuji. It's a base for climbing the iconic volcano along the Yoshida Trail. It surrounds Lake Kawaguchi, one of the scenic Fuji Five Lakes, an area that's home to many hot springs and golf courses. The Kachi Kachi Ropeway ascends from the lake's eastern shore to Mount Tenjo's observation deck, for panoramic views of Mount Fuji.
